Registration 2012

REGISTER INFORMATION

There are two ways to participate in our conference.


REGISTER


First as a delegate. If you choose this option, you should go to Attendance Form.
After completing the form online, you need to PRINT, complete and send the Registration Credit Card Form to finish the registration process.

Cancellations: An administrative fee of USD 50 will be charged to cancellations received before May 15th. We regret there will be no refunds for cancellations thereafter. Substitutes are acceptable at any time.

The registrations will open on Wednesday 15th February.


STAND


The other option you can choose is to participate with a stand, in that case you should go to
Stand Reservation Form. To secure your place you will also need to send us the Stand Reservation Credit Card Form.

You will be able to find information about the terms and conditions in each form. For more detailed information please go to Conference / Stands.

The stands reservations will open in March. There are just a few spaces for exhibit so be sure to reserve your place as soon as possible.

We apologize but all stands are already taken.


HOTEL


The conference will take place at the IGUAZU GRAND RESORT SPA & CASINO.

As all the Asutil Delegates won´t be able to stay there, we offer two other options:

PANORAMIC IGUAZU HOTEL

Hotel registrations will start next week. On Thursday 23rd you will receive a mailing with all the information and hotel forms.
