He has 15 years of experience developing technology solutions across digital platforms, and since 2008 works for their development in the field of "Travel Retail".
He holds a degree in Communications and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA).
Before he settled in Uruguay, he worked in Argentina and in the United States leading development teams for corporate and government projects.
He taught at "Universidad Católica del Uruguay" and "Universidad de Montevideo", and was a speaker at various conferences and workshops of the technological area.

Felipe González

Entrepreneur of the ReceptiveTourism in Foz do Iguaçu for more than 30 years. Held senior positions in the tourism sector as the President of the Municipal Tourism Council of Foz do Iguaçu - COMTUR, the Brazilian Association of Travel Agencies of Paraná - ABAV and Iguassu Convention & Visitors Bureau - ICVB.
It's Secretary of Tourism in Foz do Iguaçu since 2007, where he developed work of great importance as the integration strategy between the public and private sectors, which brought sustainable growth of the tourist flow, visibility and worldwide promotion to the Destination. As a result the Iguassu Falls were chosen one of the New 7 Wonders of Nature and recently as one of the host cities of 2013/2014/2015 edition of the X-Games - the biggest sports league in the world, produced by ESPN.

Francis Gros
Group Travel Retail Director - LUXOTTICA
An ESSEC MBA graduate, Francis has over 20 years of experience in the luxury goods and fragrances industries.
This includes overseeing the Japanese market for make-up brand Bourjois, developing the fashion accessories business for Mantero Seta where he became the company’s Chief Marketing Officer, and as Managing Director of niche fragrance and scented candles business Diptyque.
In 2007, he joined Luxottica and became responsible for the eyewear company's dedicated worldwide travel retail division. Under Francis' leadership, Luxottica Travel Retail has expanded rapidly, with regional offices established in London, Miami and Singapore, tripling the division’s sales inside four years. Francis has also taken an active role in promoting the wider sunglasses category, which has ranked as the fastest growing category in travel retail for the last three years.

Olga San Jacinto 2012
Directora de Google Latino America
Olga San Jacinto, actual Directora de División de Finanzas, Local y Entertainment de Google España, es la más veterana del equipo de alta dirección de Google España. Con una gran experiencia dentro del sector financiero, Olga ha trabajado durante más de 14 años en España y Estados Unidos, en entidades como “Bank of New York” o “Abbey National Bank”.
Asimismo, ha realizado labores de consultoría sobre fondos de inversión inmobiliaria y en el año 2002, se unió al equipo de Terra España, gestionando las cuentas estratégicas del Sector Financiero y Automoción. Comenzó en Google España y Portugal, desde los inicios de la compañía, encargándose de crear el equipo comercial y formando parte del equipo inicial del magnate de Internet en Europa. Sus principales funciones eran las de dar forma al negocio en España y crear el equipo y la cartera comercial así como gestionar el negocio y crecimiento de la compañía.
Miembro de la Board of a Children´s Charity donde trabaja por el desarrollo de la educación y Patron de la Jerusalem Foundation, Olga San Jacinto cuenta con una importante experiencia docente en la Universidad Complutense de Madrid, ESIC, en la Universidad Politécnica de Madrid y en el IESE. Así mismo es mentora en el Instituto de Empresa.
Licenciada en Ciencias Económicas y Empresariales por la Universidad Complutense de Madrid, se ha especializado en economía y tecnología de la información por la Universidad de Harvard. Asimismo realizó un Postgrado en Finanzas Internacionales en la Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, un Master Executive eBusiness del Instituto de Empresa y es PDG por el IESE. También ha sido becada por la Fundación Ramón Areces.
Por su importante trayectoria, ha sido seleccionada para ser miembro del Foro Mujer y Liderazgo organizado por la Unión Europea y la Comunidad de Madrid.
Olga es una excelente conferenciante, dinámica y con una gran vitalidad que traslada a la audiencia su impresionante experiencia personal y profesional.

Roland Stieger
Head of Sales - NESTLÉ
Roland Stieger joined Travel Retail in July 2011 as the Head of Sales at Nestlé ITR.
Upon graduating from university in 1998, he joined Nestlé's international management trainee program and has since been posted in Switzerland and several countries across Asia.
After the first assignment in Pakistan, he moved on to Indonesia to head the CCSD and Trade Marketing department. He was then called to the Corporate Head Office to work with ASEAN markets and China. The next assignment was in Thailand as the regional business director for the dairy and coffee creamer division.
He has implemented category management projects in a number of countries and categories with various international customers including Tesco, Carrefour and Casino.
Roland holds a masters degree of the University of St.Gallen and is a Swiss national. He is currently based in Vevey.
